At True Vintage Guitar, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they remain in pristine, unworn condition during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
